Hi, I’m Laura Schwager, founder and sole baker of Tiny Bird Market. I bake homemade organic artisan breads from my home kitchen in New Port Richey. I also bake organic cinnamon rolls. I use only the best organic ingredients like Bob’s Red Mill All Purpose Flour. My artisan bread dough has only four ingredients! All Purpose Flour, Filtered Water, Yeast and Sea Salt.
About me: I’m a stay at home mom who homeschools my three kids and I have a passion for baking bread! I’ve been in business since November 2013 when I got my start at Tasty Tuesdays Farmers Market at the New Port Richey Library. I was a new member of the now defunct Suncoast Co-op and enjoyed the vibe at the market so much that I wanted to be a part of it. A whole lot of love goes into my organic breads. I get up pretty early on baking days to make sure the breads are fresh.
