Here at Better Baked Goods we strive to create Traditional treats that are made with a healthy twist! And, the twist is that all our items are Gluten Free and we Have a Grain Free line of offerings as well. We use all NON-GMO flours to bake our breads,Cookies,Muffins and cakes.
The majority of our baked goods are traditional sugar free as we replace white sugar and brown sugar with, Organic Coconut sugar,Local Honey and Organic Agave Nectar as well as Maple syrup and Stevia in our Low carb offerings.
We also DO NOT use any GMO oils, we use Organic Coconut oil and Palm oils as our fats as well as Butter fat in all our recipes.We do cut the butter fat in half buy using Organic Coconut Oil, to ensure that you get a healthy dose of Brain healing and EFAs to help support good over all health.
We also infuse our line of baked goods with extra fiber via Organic Flax seed meal and Gluten Free Oatmeal(and Yes it is Certified G.F).
We use many Organic components in our recipes also.If, you would like an All Organic Product that is available as a Special Order( The cost will be Higher).
We have some of the softest and tastiest Breads you can find( as per all of our loyal customers)we enrich our breads softness with Organic Coconut milk and oil(F.Y.I).
